   it honestly depends on what you pair it with though. Don’t over do the outfit because your shoes will be busy

    You just gotta have the right outfit on, so they match / go together…. or then it could look tacky. lol But by themselves they are super cute.

    I LOVE the desgin…BUTT i dont like how it looks so..idk..huge heelish..idk it doesnt look tacky persay..but if your not careful t could look sl*ttish…make sure you wear them with the right outfit…but be careful.ur friend may be right on this one.

    I’m a big fan of polka dots, but I think the heel makes the shoe look tacky.

    It depends on how you’d where them. If the outfit you wear them with is simple and neutral coloured, they’re fine.

    If the outfit is bright, however, then the shoes can seem tacky.

    So, in most cases, no, they aren’t tacky. I like them actually. :]
