Were can I order size 4 womens shoes other than nordstrom, brucettes, shoebuy.com and cinderella of boston? Because although these sites have great high heels for a small foot they are very pricey.

Try. They’re not cheap, but your shoe size is outside the standard range, so you’ll need to pay more. I’m a 10-1/2 so I understand how hard it is. You might also want to try eBay, because they have a lot of China-based vendors that post brand new items, and they have more folks with smaller feet.
